Presentation Description: This session provides study abroad advisors with updates on student visa procedures for France, Italy, Spain, the UK, and other countries. NAFSA Consular Affairs Liaison (CAL) Subcommittee members will lead discussions for country groups.
Learning Objectives:
Provide examples of the types of financial aid for study abroad programs- federal, state, institutional examples, and scholarships
Describe various financial aid regulations and how they may impact education abroad
Discuss major rules concerning the use of aid - disbursements, budgets, SAP, etc.
